To cancel or change an order, hover over your name, and click “My Account.” From the My Account page, select my order. This is a list of all your current and previous online orders. Select the order you want to adjust and add or remove items or click cancel your order. Orders can be cancelled at any time, but you cannot add items once your personal shopper begins shopping your order. If shopping has already begun, please contact the store for order changes.
